Yes, all Nanlite fixtures include a standard 2-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. You can extend this to 3 years by registering your product on our website.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories. A restocking fee may apply if the product shows signs of heavy use or missing components.
Are Nanlite fixtures compatible with third-party modifiers?
Many of our lights, such as the Forza and FS series, use the industry-standard Bowens mount, making them compatible with a wide range of softboxes and reflectors from other brands.
How can I update the firmware on my Nanlite device?
Firmware updates can be downloaded from our official Support page. Simply load the file onto a formatted USB drive and insert it into the light's USB port while following the on-screen prompts.
